Thea joined Rags & Bert’s in January 2024 as a daycare and kennel assistant, bringing warmth, energy, and a genuine passion for animal care. Recently, she took a break from her role to spend time volunteering at a dog sanctuary in Thailand — an unforgettable and rewarding experience. There, she cared for stray dogs both at the sanctuary and around the island, leading groups off-lead through the jungle and even keeping them safe from snakes. Thea describes it as intense but incredible, and a real highlight in her life so far.
Now back at Rags & Bert’s, Thea loves seeing dogs form friendships, helping nervous dogs come out of their shells, and ensuring every day is filled with fun, enrichment, and plenty of cuddles.
