Grooming continues on-site in our familiar pod, now operated by Grace of Gracious Grooms. Moving to Grace’s dedicated booking system allows for a more streamlined booking experience, direct communication with the groomer, and calm, one-to-one sessions for your dog.
We’re thrilled to introduce Grace from Gracious Grooms! Grace is a professional, caring groomer who runs her own independent business, providing calm, one-to-one sessions that make every dog feel safe, relaxed, and pampered.
Through our partnership with Grace, dog grooming is still available right here on-site at Rags & Bert’s, giving you the convenience of visiting our familiar location while receiving expert care from an independent, trusted groomer.

All appointments are handled directly by Gracious Grooms.
To book an appointment, you simply need to register on Grace’s booking system. This is a quick and simple process, requiring only minimal information, and helps ensure appointments, preferences, and communication are handled efficiently.

Grace believes every dog is unique, and her grooming reflects that. She works one-to-one with each dog, giving full attention throughout the session so your furry friend feels comfortable, cared for, and loved.
Her goal? To finish every groom to an exceptionally high standard, leaving your dog looking and feeling fabulous — all at a fair price.
Grace discovered her passion for working with dogs in 2019 while travelling in Australia. Back in the UK, she honed her skills at Pets at Home, becoming a stylist and grooming up to nine dogs a day. She later worked as a mobile groomer, building strong, trusting relationships with pets and their owners, and went on to manage a small grooming team.
Grace brings her experience, warmth, and calm energy to every grooming session. She takes a patient, tailored approach, especially with nervous or anxious dogs, making each visit a positive, stress-free experience.
Grooming with Grace takes place on-site at Rags & Bert’s, in a calm, safe environment designed with dogs’ wellbeing in mind. You can relax knowing your dog is in experienced, gentle hands, while supporting an independent local business.
The Grooming Pod offers state-of-the-art technology and equipment and has been specifically chosen from the highest quality available on the market, with safety and comfort for your dog in mind.
The Grooming Pod is fully air conditioned and heated depending on the weather conditions.
