Grooming Membership – Terms & Conditions
- The Grooming Membership entitles the holder to 6 grooms for the price of 5, paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Membership grooms must be used within 12 months of the purchase date, unless otherwise stated.
- The membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Membership grooms are valid for the same dog only and cannot be shared between multiple dogs.
- Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Any additional services or upgrades requested at the appointment will be charged separately.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the groom being deducted from the membership, in line with our cancellation policy.
- Memberships cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the membership at any time. Any memberships already purchased will remain valid under the original terms.
