To celebrate the launch of Rags & Bert’s Farnborough, we’re giving one lucky dog owner the chance to win a 1 WEEK holiday for 2 adults in a beautiful Yorkshire holiday cottage, near Bessingby, Bridlington.   

Fresh air. Long walks. Proper switch-off time. 

Book a Play & Stay. Complete it. You’re in the draw. 

All you need to do is book, and complete your Play & Stay Assessment with us at our new site.  We will even look after your dog for you as our Hotel guest if you wanted to treat you furry friend to a much deserved break too. 

Once completed, you’ll fill in a simple entry form on site and pop it into our competition box. That’s it - you’re in the draw.  

Whether your dog goes on to become a regular daycare member or not, you’ll still be eligible once your assessment is complete.  Draw closes May 29th 2026.

How To Enter 

• Book your Play & Stay Assessment at our Farnborough site. 

• Attend and complete the assessment. 

• Fill in the short entry form provided on site.  Drop it into the competition box before you leave. 

• Simple. No online uploads. No extra hoops.   

• Draw will take place on May 29th and the winner will be announced the following week.

Gently introduce them to the environment, assess social compatibility and ensure they feel confident and settled.  It’s the first step towards safe, structured and enriching daycare.

Competition Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility
   1.1 Open to all new customers booking a Play & Stay Assessment at Rags & Bert’s Farnborough. Existing customers at our Reading site are not eligible to enter (sorry!) 
   1.2 The assessment must be attended and completed to qualify for entry. 
   1.3 Entry is valid whether or not the dog is deemed suitable for ongoing daycare. 
   1.4 Entrants must be aged 18 or over. 
2. Entry Mechanism
   2.1 One entry per dog per completed Play & Stay Assessment.
   2.2 After completing the assessment, entrants must fill in the short form provided on site and place it in the designated competition box.  Failure to submit the on-site entry form will result in no valid entry. 
   2.4 No purchase is required to enter. 
3. Competition Period
   3.1 The competition runs during the Farnborough launch promotional period from March 1st to May 29th 2026. 
   3.2 Entries submitted after the closing date will not be included. 
4. The Prize
   4.1 The prize is a 6-night stay in a Yorkshire holiday cottage w/c 14th September. 
   4.2 The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. 
   4.3 Travel, food, insurance and additional expenses are not included. Booking date has been confirmed for 2026.  The accommodation provider will try to accommodate if another date is required (outside of peak / school holidays), but this will be subject to availability and the accommodation provider’s terms.  The prize must be redeemed within the time frame specified by the provider. 
5. Winner Selection
   5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
   5.2 The draw will take place on the closing date of May 29th 2026. 
   5.3 The winner will be notified using the contact details provided on the entry form. 
   5.4 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Rags & Bert’s reserves the right to redraw. 
6. General
   6.1 Rags & Bert’s reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition where necessary.
   6.2 By entering, participants agree to Rags & Bert’s standard operating policies and privacy policy.
