To celebrate our Farnborough launch, we’re offering the first 25 dogs who join us on a fixed daycare subscription their first week completely free.
Once your dog has passed their Play & Stay Assessment and started their agreed subscription, the full value of your first week’s daycare (based on your chosen number of weekly days) will be credited back to your account.
Eligibility
1.1 This offer is valid for new customers joining Rags & Bert’s Farnborough site only.
1.2 The offer applies to the first 25 dogs who:
1.3 The dog must not have previously held a subscription at Rags & Bert’s Farnborough.
Membership Requirement
2.1 A subscription is required for a fixed number of daycare days per week (agreed at sign-up).
2.3 Days are allocated and reserved weekly in line and are subject to availability.
Free Week Structure
3.1 The “first week free” applies only to the number of daycare days requested at the time of booking.
3.2 The monetary value of those daycare days will be credited to the customer’s Rags & Bert’s account once the dog has officially started
3.3 The credit has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
Assessment Requirement
4.1 All dogs must pass the Rags & Bert’s Play & Stay Assessment before starting daycare.
4.2 Rags & Bert’s reserves the right to decline daycare if the setting is not suitable for the dog’s needs. In such cases, the promotional offer will not apply.
Launch Week Availability
5.1 Places are strictly limited to 25 qualifying dogs and will be allocated on a first come, first confirmed basis. This offer finishes on April 7th (the day of opening)
5.2 An assessment booking alone does not guarantee eligibility; the membership agreement must be completed to secure one of the 25 places.
Payments
6.1 Standard payment terms apply.
6.2 Fees must be set up via the agreed payment method before daycare commences.
6.3 If the subscription is cancelled within the first 6 months, the value of the credited free week may be reclaimed by Rags & Bert’s.
Non-Transferability
7.1 This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative services, or applied to Dog Hotel, Dog Grooming, or Dog & Puppy Training services without agreement from the Founder.
7.2 The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless explicitly stated.
Service Availability
8.1 Some services at the Farnborough site may open later in the year. This promotion applies to Doggy Daycare only.
8.2 Rags & Bert’s reserves the right to amend opening timelines where necessary.
General
9.1 Rags & Bert’s reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without notice where necessary.
