Rhea has been part of the Rags & Bert’s team for just six months, but she’s already made a big impact at our Loverock Road site. As Site Manager, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes while also spending plenty of time with the dogs – the best part of the job, in her eyes.
Her days start with a walk around the site to make sure everything is in order (and to say good morning to all the pups, of course) before heading into the office to tackle bookings, emails, and staff organisation. She loves the balance between admin and hands-on time in daycare and the hotel, and says working with both the dogs and her colleagues makes every day rewarding.
Anyone who knows Rhea will tell you she’s a true animal lover – not just dogs, but everything from reptiles to insects too! Outside of work, she enjoys studying animal-related courses, exploring nature on hikes, and indulging in her favourite food, veggie sushi. Her dream trip would be to Japan, drawn by the culture, cuisine, and beautiful scenery.
