A Little About Suzi Q
Suzi Q is a beautiful 5.5-year-old miniature Cockapoo with a glossy black coat and a sweet white blaze on her chest. She’s been with her family since she left her litter in August 2020, and although she’s gained a few distinguished grey hairs, she’s as friendly, cuddly and loving as ever. Suzi is known for her gentle nature — and for being a little camera shy! Her dark curls make her look like a fluffy ball of shadow in most photos, but her charm shines through in person.
Life at Rags & Bert’s
Suzi has been part of the Rags & Bert’s family from the very beginning. She attended our Puppy Classes as soon as they were available and has been a loyal daycare regular ever since — originally every Tuesday while her human mum went to hospital, and now on Wednesdays too.
The moment Suzi realises she’s arrived at daycare, her excitement kicks in. She can’t wait to hop out of the car and head inside. Although she’s known to be a quieter girl at daycare, she has built lovely friendships — especially with her little “sausage dog” pals. Together, they enjoy lounging in sunny spots while watching the bigger dogs play. It’s these calm, sweet moments that make her so beloved by the team.
Suzi also enjoys her holidays at the Rags & Bert’s Dog Hotel when her family travels abroad. For over five years, she’s stayed with us annually, and her family love receiving photo updates showing her settling in, enjoying cuddles, and looking perfectly content. The team always describe her as a delight — and she happily accepts affection from anyone offering cuddles, so it’s impossible to pick just one favourite person!

Suzi leads a lovely life with her family and especially enjoys adventures in the campervan when they can bring her along. She’s also a festive favourite, attending R&B’s Christmas parties each year. She’s come close to winning Musical Doggy Sits — second place one year, and we’re confident her moment of victory is coming.
Her family often recommends Rags & Bert’s to friends and neighbours and say they can always rely on the team, especially during emergencies. Their trust means the world to us.
