"Just wanted to say thank you to you all for looking after Lou Lou her first stay away from us and we are so pleased it was with you . The little postcards meant the world to us to see how she was getting on. And her groom before she came home is amazing looks fantastic. Thanks so much again and I won’t be worried leaving her as know she’s in…"

"Excellent doggie hotel. From meeting the owner to placing my dog into their care, it’s nothing short of excellent. Bailey gets doggy daycare as well as a overnight stay and the key thing is I know he is safe and having fun while I’m away on holiday. I have recommended them to my other friends with doggies...can’t say I’ve done that…"

"Rags & Bert's takes care of my fur baby like he’s their own. Even respects his diva demands as he thinks he’s more human than dog. I really don’t trust anyone else and he has the BEST time every time he’s there."

"The care and loving kindness you show Brownie is the main reason Rags & Berts is my kennel of choice. "
