Our Dog Bus follows a planned route, collecting dogs from the furthest points first and working back towards our daycare site. This means dogs aren't spending hours travelling around on the bus.
We plan our routes carefully so collection and drop-off runs are as efficient and comfortable as possible, usually less than an hour.

We know this is something owners understandably want to know. Our routes are planned so dogs aren't travelling around for hours. The bus collects from the furthest points first and works back towards the daycare site, keeping journey times as short as possible. We aim for a travel time no longer than one hour, traffic dependent!

Yes. If your dog has passed their Play & Stay Assessment and is ready to attend daycare, they can use our Dog Bus, subject to their home address being within one of our collection areas.
Absolutely. Your dog’s safety and comfort are our priority. Dogs travel safely in their own space on the Dog Bus and are carefully looked after by our team throughout the journey. We take the time to make sure each dog is comfortable and settled, so they can enjoy the journey to and from daycare.
